You have AI. So why is the work still on your desk?
Give each AI employee a job, its own model and connected tools, all from one desktop app.

Early access. Windows build in progress.
01 The Problem
AI Is Available. Your Time Still Isn’t.
The problem is not access to AI. It is turning that access into organised, repeatable work.
You Repeat Yourself.
Every new task starts with the same context and the same instructions.
You Connect Everything.
Your files, sites and tools live in different places, so you carry the work between them by hand.
You Carry Every Role.
One general assistant gives no job a place of its own. So every job stays with you.
02 The Product
An AI Model Is Not An Employee.
An employee is a brain with a job, hands and a rhythm of work. Keep scrolling and take one apart.
Model
The Brain
Pick the AI model behind each employee, through the accounts you already use. A strong one for strategy, a fast one for routine replies.
Role
A Clear Job
One written job for each employee: what it does alone, what it asks about and what it never does.
Browser
Eyes On The Web
It opens sites in a real browser and works with what is on them, instead of telling you what to do.
Working Folder
A Place For Its Work
Each employee keeps its files in its own folder, so research never mixes with design.
MCP Connections
A Line Into Your Systems
Connect your own systems through MCP, so an employee can read and act in them.
Schedules And Webhooks
A Rhythm Of Its Own
A schedule opens the morning brief. A webhook starts work the moment something happens elsewhere.
Put Together, That Is An Employee.
The same AI you already use, now with a job, tools and a rhythm. All from one desktop app.
03 Use Cases
One Job. One AI Employee.
The kinds of work AI employees do at HiT Land today. For each one: the job, the workflow and the point where a person takes over.
Finds Who Is Worth Talking To.
Looks into companies, checks what is on their site and social accounts, and records why each one made the list.
The Workflow
- Searches for companies that fit
- Checks each one in the browser
- Saves a list, with a reason for each
Where A Person Takes Over
It has no send access. Any outreach stays with a person.

Prepares Content For Review.
Plans the week, then drafts posts, captions and comment replies in your brand’s voice.
The Workflow
- Plans the week’s content
- Drafts posts and captions
- Leaves everything in a review queue
Where A Person Takes Over
Publishing stays a person’s decision.

Gives Every Applicant A First Reply.
Answers job applicants on WhatsApp, through our own gateway, inside a written and fixed flow.
The Workflow
- An applicant writes in
- It follows the written flow
- The first reply goes out on its own
Where A Person Takes Over
Anything outside the flow goes to a person.

Turns A Brief Into Visuals.
Takes a brief and prepares images, slides and carousels in the right format.
The Workflow
- Reads the brief
- Prepares the visuals
- Checks the format and hands them over
Where A Person Takes Over
A person reviews every visual before it is used.

Gets The Edit Moving.
Cuts reels and videos from your footage and prepares scripts and captions.
The Workflow
- Takes the footage and the brief
- Cuts a first version
- Prepares it for review
Where A Person Takes Over
A person approves the cut. Paid generation needs a go for each run.

04 A Working Day
A Day On Our Own Team.
Not a demo. These are real kinds of work happening at HiT Land.
- Morning
Team Brief
The day’s priorities, and what needs a person’s decision.
- Late Morning
Research
Checks companies and records why each one made the list.
- Midday
Social Media
Drafts posts and replies, and leaves them in the review queue.
- Afternoon
Hiring
Sends first replies to applicants inside a fixed flow.
- Evening
Design And Video
Turns briefs into images, slides and cuts, ready for review.
- Overnight
Long Runs
Audits and research run. In the morning there is a report, and nothing has been sent.
Sales, publishing and ad spend stay with a person, all day.
05 Real Work
One Job, From Start To Hand-Off.
This is a real flow from our own team, shown without names or numbers. You can see exactly what runs alone and where a person takes over.
- 1Trigger
An Applicant Writes In
A job applicant sends a message on WhatsApp.
- 2Written Flow
The Flow Is Followed
The employee stays inside a fixed, written flow. It does not improvise.
- 3Goes Out Alone
The First Reply Is Sent
The applicant gets a first reply without anyone stopping to write it.
- 4A Person
Everything Else Waits
Anything outside the flow is handed to a person to decide.

10 Who Is Behind It
Built From Real Business Work. Not Just An AI Idea.
HiT Land has built websites, content and software for businesses since 2004, and in Muscat since 2019. HiT Bot grows out of the way our own team works every day. We are building it on an open-source foundation.
One Job Each
A general assistant does everything a little. An employee with one job gets measured on it.
Rules On Paper
Short enough to be followed: what it does alone, what it asks about, what it never does.
Most Things Wait For A Person
AI makes mistakes, and ours do too. So sales, publishing and ad spend wait until a person says send.
11 Questions
The Straight Answers.
Can I download HiT Bot today?
Not yet. Our own Windows build is in progress. Request early access and we will contact you when there is something you can install.
Does the AI run on my computer?
The app does. The AI model runs at the provider you choose, so your prompts go to that provider, as they do when you use it directly.
Which AI models can I use?
Our team uses Claude, ChatGPT and Codex every day. Other providers are under evaluation and we have not tested them yet.
Do I need my own AI account?
Yes. HiT Bot works through your own accounts and API keys, and your provider bills you for model usage. HiT Bot’s own price is not set yet.
Does it ask before it acts?
Built-in approval prompts and per-employee tool limits are not available yet. On our team, written rules decide this: first replies to job applicants go out alone inside a fixed flow, and sales, publishing and ad spend wait for a person.
What happens when an employee needs a decision?
On our team it stops at the line written in its job and leaves the decision to a person. You write that line for yours.
Will people know they are talking to an AI?
Your employees say they are AI when sincerely asked. On our team, that rule is written into every employee’s job.
Who is HiT Bot for?
Businesses with repeating work in research, content, hiring and operations, and someone who can write down what a good job looks like.
What does early access include?
It starts with a conversation about the first job you would hand over. We will tell you honestly whether it fits, and contact you when there is a build to install.

Tell Us The First Job You Would Hand Over.
Tell us about your business and the work you want off your desk. We will tell you honestly whether it fits what HiT Bot can do today.
